Learn to Play: Basic Strumming Pattern #2

Welcome to the 3rd video to the Basic Strumming Pattern Series. In this lesson, we’re going to create a rhythmic pattern by skipping a Down Stroke, using the same technique learned from the Strumming Pattern #1.

In order to master any pattern, remember to practice in a repeat mode on muted strings or on a single chord, only then play it on a chord progression.
